The Bursa Block Marble Fair, distinguished as the world’s first block marble fair, was held at the TÜYAP Bursa International Fair and Congress Center on 25–28 November 2015. Bringing together natural stones, block marble, travertine, onyx and construction machinery, the fair gave strong momentum to block marble exports.
The energy of natural stone comes from Bemis
At our booth we exhibited our industrial plug and socket solutions resistant to the tough conditions of marble quarries and stone processing plants, our site-type distribution boards and our high-current connection equipment. Providing superior protection against dust, mud and impact in open quarry sites, our products won the approval of industry professionals.
The ties we established with the mining sector at this pioneering event laid the foundation for the widespread Bemis references in marble and mining sites in the years that followed.
